Health and Well-being

Thetford Grammar School recognises that physical health, mental health, and well-being are interconnected. Our fully qualified team of medical, pastoral and safeguarding staff work closely together to ensure that all of our pupils’ needs are met.

As well as having easy individual access to staff that can provide medical and emotional support, our PSHCE curriculum provides structured activities that help pupils to understand the importance of their own physical and mental health and the steps they can take to help take good care of themselves.

Key members of our health and well-being team include:

  • Nurse Theobald
  • Mrs Pringle, Designated Safeguarding Lead
  • Mrs Peace, EYFS and Prep Safeguarding Lead and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead
